1? How do I get another copy of my order?

1A. Please login to your account in our store. once logged in, at the top next to your name you will see a arrow. click on your name and click on “My orders” to retrieve your order history. You are allowed 5 downloads of each article or group of articles that you purchase, within a 10 year period.

2? How do I access companion documents?

2A. There are 2 ways to access these documents. When you are in the current videos page, go underneath each video and click on the link that is titled companion links. You can also click the link on the main page called Companion, which has a list of all of the companion literature and what video it is from.

3? How do I access “You May Also Like” documents?

3A. There are 2 ways to access these documents. When you are in the current videos page, go underneath each video and click on the link that is titled You may also like links. You can also click the link on the main page called Bookstore, and then click on the link on the left for the “You May Also Like Articles”
